What are the requirements to order with AbWholesaleVape?
To place an order with us, you must have a VALID business license and/or retailers permit. ABWholesalevape is Wholesale ONLY. We do not sell to general public. For related questions call 1-346-533-8080
How can I order from ABWholesalevape?
You can place an order online by registering for an account. Once we have your business license, we can start processing your order. Once you have opened an account and logged in, you will be able to purchase and submit your order. You may also place an order over the phone by calling 1(346)533 8080 and speak to one of our sales representatives.
How are orders processed?
Orders are completed in the order they are received. Once your order is placed with us, we start pulling the items from our inventory. Each item is checked to make sure there are no cracks or defects. When all items have been pulled, your order is verified by our shipping department for accuracy. Then the items are wrapped with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure that nothing will be damaged during transportation of product. We cannot guarantee that nothing will break on its way to your business, but we do our very best when it comes to packaging and shipping orders, After the order is wrapped and boxed, an invoice will be created with the shipping cost and we will call you with a total.
What do I do if I receive a broken or defective item?
If you receive a broken or defective item, you must immediately send a photo of the broken item(s) to info@bbwholesale.us, to verify that it was indeed broken during transportation. All damages and/or shortages of product must be reported within 48 hours in order to claim credit. We will not honor any damages or missing items if they are not claimed within 48 hours after products have been received. It is your responsibility to check that products are not damaged before putting items on your shelf.
What is our return policy?
If it is the fault of ABWholesalevape, you will be fully credited and/or items will be reshipped at our expense. However, if is not the fault of ABWholesalevape, we would be happy to re-ship you any items at our expense. We may also require you to send back the broken or damaged items, we will be happy to email you a UPS return shipping label, as long as it is reported within 48 hours of receiving your products.
How can I pay for my order?
Once you’ve Checked-Out and received an order confirmation in your email. You’ll receive a call from one of our sales rep. to verify your order and complete the payment. Available payment methods are Check, wire transfer and debit/credit card (additional 3% fees will be charged on all cards).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on where the products are being shipped to. Shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 business days. If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know. We would be happy to discuss what options are available.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders above $1000.
Shipping is processed via UPS. Shipping starts from $19.99.

Do you have to pay tax on items?
No. You are not required to pay taxes to us. Sales tax. on vapes are from local and State. Your county laws determine this.
